Have you ever wondered why the same unhealthy patterns in your current life seem to keep showing up, as if on repeat? Internal issues with relationships, lack of confidence and self worth, fears and phobias and physical issues such as weight loss/gain, illnesses, addictions and chronic pain can hinder your everyday living. What if there was a way to get to the root of the issue, when it was born into existence the very first time for you (your soul)? What if you were able to understand why it's showing up in your current life and resolve it, change the way you feel and respond to it moving forward? First- we start by connecting our energy together and creating a safe, comfortable space of non-judgement for healing. We will outline what you wish to gain from this experience as well as allow time for me to explain the entire hypnosis process. From there, we will focus on introducing your mind and body to the light trance (daydream) state as I intuitively guide you on a beautiful journey into your subconscious to visually travel to past life experiences and uncover messages that align with your current healing path. The messages received in your past lives, if any, are there to help you to understand the issues in your current life, in turn, offering you the opportunity to make any changes you WANT to make so you can live as the best version of yourself in the here and now. I highly encourage you to schedule a follow up Reiki- Intuitive Talk Therapy session to allow you space to process and discuss what was revealed during your experience. We end with a round of Reiki therapy to remove blocks in your energy systems, clear any excess energy that came up to the surface during the regression session that no longer serves you and allow your mind, body and soul to heal from within. Sessions will be scheduled 1 week apart.
