In 2019 I was inspired to open EnerBalance following my own 8-year self-healing journey. I envisioned a place for individuals to freely explore self-healing; a place to discover, tune into and trust your intuition in a safe space of non-judgment. Since then I have dedicated my life to studying holistic healing modalities and practicing energy medicine, filling my spiritual toolbox so I can support others as they heal themselves and learn to create joy-filled, abundant and balanced lives.
